The tunnels themselves are not heavy at all and are just the perfect weight to make them feel like you aren’t even wearing them and are comfortable to sleep in or do whatever in! I like them and they’re going to probably be my new go to’s for all things casual..
The weight on these is detectable but barely as they hardly weigh down my ears. I like the way they fit and how versatile they are. I normally wear 1/2 inch but I went for the 9/16's because I wanted the additional weight but these are lightweight. The hoops are easy to put on and take off and they don't make a lot of noise while being in my ears. My concern is losing one of the hoops as they aren't securely closed, some have a small gap after it's been closed. I'm happy they are hypoallergenic, and I enjoy wearing them but I want them to be a bit heavier.
The tunnels are smooth and clear of defects and feel nice in the ears.
These tunnels are comfortable, stylish, and since the rings go around your skin, there's no easy way for your jewelry to pop out and disappear! I've lost plenty of plugs and tunnels over the years, so this is a big plus for me.
