Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your purchased items and shipping information. Please double-check all details (country, street number, company name, unit, etc.) and contact us promptly at service@punkyouth.com if there are any errors. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder before reaching out to us.

Processing Time
We aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days of receipt. Please note that during peak periods (such as holidays or big sales), processing may take longer.

Delivery may take longer during peak periods or if your parcel is being checked by customs. Delays of up to 5 business days may occur in special situations. While we strive to deliver your order on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email. After your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your order number, carrier information, and tracking numbers. You can track your items on the carrier's official website after 24 hours.
Once your parcel arrives in your country, local postal services will take over. You can track your parcel on your local postal service's website using the same tracking number. If delivery issues arise, please contact your local post office first for more details.

Please note: Tracking is active for 60 days. We may not be able to assist with tracking issues after this period.
Delivery
We take every precaution to ensure your products are not damaged during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please email us at service@punkyouth.com within 3 business days, including a picture of the damage. If possible, record any delivery issues (e.g., damaged packaging) with the carrier upon receipt.
Change of Shipping Address
If your order is being shipped to an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at service@punkyouth.com.
Important Notes
- In cases of force majeure, order processing may be delayed. We will process your order as quickly as possible when conditions permit.
- Orders will be sent to the address provided at checkout. Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be re-shipped at your expense.
- If returning a product for reasons other than quality issues, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
