Item is very small and it fell apart before i could even clasp it, but when I messaged them about it they immediately offered to send a replacement. I was more interested in a refund which they were more than happy to give me. I’ll be trying again from this company in the future, even though this item wasnt what I wanted. They were very responsive and I plan to give their products a second chance- I know sometimes small septum rings like this can be pretty fragile. Either way I appreciate Punkyouth being so responsive, so I gave it 4 stars since they were so helpful.
