Are plugs and ear tunnels sold in pairs or individually?

Each plug on our website is sold in pairs, and the listed price is for two plugs.

How much is the shipping cost?

We offer two shipping options:

Priority Shipping: $19.99 (3-4 business days)
Please note that these delivery times are in addition to our order processing time, which typically takes 1-3 business days.

Additional Information:

For some countries, we do not currently offer priority shipping.
International orders may be subject to customs duties based on your country's tax laws. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and must be paid by the customer for delivery.
Global shipping may be delayed by customs for up to a week. We cannot control these delays or import duty charges.
We usually ship all orders within 1-3 business days.

What should I do if my earring won't close?

The earring post is made of 925 silver, which is relatively soft. You can try gently lifting the post upwards. Try this a few times until you hear a click, indicating it is securely closed. For a detailed tutorial, please watch the video.

What if I entered the wrong address?

If you realize you entered the wrong address before your order was shipped, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll be happy to help you correct it.

If your order has already been shipped, it may be returned to us by the postal service if the address is deemed incorrect or unlocatable. Unfortunately, we don’t have control over this process and do not receive specific reasons from the postal service. Once the item is returned to us, we will refund it.

If you would like us to resend the order to a new address, please get in touch with our customer service team, and we’ll gladly arrange for the order to be resent.
