This clicker works well in a regular nostril piercing! Even though I had to thread it through the inside (which was initially challenging), the clicker clasp is so well-designed that I was able to secure it without even being able to see what I was doing. The beveling effect is subtle enough to appear classy, while still being obviously not just a simple smooth silver ring. The gauge and diameter are perfect for my nose. I've been consistently impressed with PY products!
