Beautiful design, overall basic craftsmanship , saddening

The tunnel edges are sharp, sliced my lobe even with some argan oil to facilitate. The medusa plate popped off a tunnel after only a few weeks of use. Guess the oil could have messed with the glue that was used smh. Sad because they are my fave out of the three i bought. Now what? Should i get gorilla glue and use that to repair or are they going to test the product that makes contact with skin and improve it?

Medusa tunnels

I wear small tunnels only 0g, so thats probably why the made isn't the most defined. One seems more define in the Medusa fave than the other, still really beautiful. It's defined enough and I love them!
